Voyage chez les Huns Plutôt chez les unes….

Ce n’est pas tout à fait chez les Huns que nous sommes allés,  ce qui nous enverrait en Hongrie peut être, ou en Asie, mais ces Huns, ils sont bien arrivés jusqu’en Allemagne… ces combattants  qu’on ne savait pas arrêter…
Nous aussi nous nous sommes battus pour faire 2800 km en 10 jours en voiture car nous n’adorons pas, mais faute de prendre l’avion, faut faire avec ce qu’on a…
Arrivés donc le 15 avril à Heilbronn, une ville dévastée par les bombardements à la fin de la guerre et reconstruite quasi entièrement, puis le 16 à Brno, plus exactement à Slapanice, un centre d’hébergement et de formation dans la banlieue de Brno, nous démarrons le stage le  17 avril  avec 15 stagiaires, dont un homme

Nous avions préparé un tas de documents, une présentation pour Sylvie et pour moi, un quizz sur Adler, avec corrigé en Anglais et en Français, et un programme assez costaud avec plein d’exercices.
La première matinée fut assez lourde, nous avions mal préparé le quizz avec les traductions en anglais et en français, et des diapos qu’on n’a pas utilisées, une traduction vacillante …nous n’avons pas pu savoir ce que les participants connaissaient d’Adler au niveau théorique. C’est lorsque nous avons commencé la démonstration d’interprétation des souvenirs d’enfance et les exercices d’application en petits groupes

que l’ambiance s’est vraiment réchauffée. On a eu pas mal de souvenirs de victimisation chez 3 personnes différentes, ce qui est embêtant pour des travailleurs sociaux, sauf s’ils utilisent leur sentiment d’injustice pour faire avancer certaines causes, mais nous ne sommes pas arrivés jusque-là.
Ce que les participants ont clairement énoncé à la fin de la journée, c’est qu’ils préféraient de la pratique à la théorie, de la pratique encore de la pratique, ce qui nous a étonnés de la part de gens si diplômés. En France, des gens diplômés auraient adoré plus de théorie. Pas eux, et c’est tant mieux car je préfère l’inductif au déductif : Du pratique au théorique plutôt que le contraire. J’étais vexé comme un pou, que tout ce que j’avais préparé ne soit pas aussi bien passé que j’espérais, car préparer des  cours et des quiz demande plus de travail  que de faire de la formation pratique, mais c’est moins fatigant.
Bref la nuit fut difficile il fallait que je revoie mon programme pour ne faire que du pratico-pratique, et Sylvie se demandait si elle allait faire son petit discours. Heureusement qu’on avait une traductrice fantastique, élégante et intelligente, Paula:

Qui nous a drôlement facilité la tâche. Nous l’avons adorée. Et elle a encouragé Sylvie à faire son exposé.
Chaque soir nous dinions avec nos hôtesses qui nous ont fait découvrir Brno et sa nourriture qui est ma foi délicieuse, particulièrement le magret aux choux et aux dumplings, des boulettes qui n’en avaient pas toujours une  forme ronde.
Bref le lendemain s’est bien passé le groupe avait été bien échauffé la veille, la clause de confidentialité avait été bien explicitée, ils, je devrais dire elles,  ont donc bien participé et accepté de raconter des souvenirs d’enfance en grand et en petits groupes.
 Ainsi que des rêves. Une jeune femme en avait un très beau à raconter, qui faisait référence à une légende tchèque qui a bien inspiré ses collègues. Nous avons pu démontrer que les symboles des rêves étaient personnels et n’appartenaient généralement qu’au dormeur rêveur. Et nous avons pu le travailler en jeu de rôle, dans lequel elle a choisi les protagonistes dans la salle, y compris son personnage. Nous avons pu même chercher une solution à la question posée par le rêve, surtout lorsque je lui ai demandé de se mettre à la place du caractère le moins aimable du récit. Les thèmes de crime, de couple, de beauté morte ont été évoqués.et ont renvoyés chacun à sa problématique. La possibilité d’avoir un groupe sous la main permet de jouer avec la symbolique du rêve et d’étudier diverses solutions.
Je trouve qu’avec le travail sur les souvenirs d’enfance, on a plus d’expériences du ha! ha!(i.e. prise de conscience) propre à la littérature psy que avec les rêves qui demandent plus d’élaboration de la part du sujet.
Revoir les points essentiels de l’adlérisme, collecter les souvenirs d’enfance, les interpréter seuls puis en « bande organisée » pour en montrer la cohérence, faire se détendre les gens pour faire advenir des images, travailler un rêve, en expliquer la signification en général et en particulier, puis ensuite montrer comment intégrer ces OVNI dans le travail et la stratégie thérapeutique, voici les thèmes que nous avons évoqués, à partir d’exercices tirés du Counselling et des outils que j’ai acquis auprès de Catherine Tourette-Turgis de « Comment dire ». Merci à elle….
Bref, une session réussie, nous avons fini à 15 heures dans la joie, et une grosse fatigue. Une après-midi à Brno, un massage très attendu et préparé mais qu’on n’a pas pu avoir, une soirée dans un bon restau avec Micha, et hop au lit pour de nouvelles aventures…
